I was going back from the unsuccessful evening shooting on the Key Summit through the small forest when I saw a little owl on the branch right in front of me. I started to change all the necessary camera settings from landscape mode to animal mode, which took me a while. The bird had enough patience fortunately. Then I started to make pictures (it was quite dark already, and the exposure went over half second) and after every shot, I made a small step towards the owl. When the distance was about half metre, the owl started to be nervous and flew away.
